With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Washington (Sparta, North Carolina), who passed away on May 3, 2018 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dillard Simpson, Frank Simpson, Lewis Simpson, John Mack Simpson, James Simpson, Sue Simpson Edwards and Ella Simpson.
She is survived by: her children, Angelia Washington McNeil of Raleigh, Dwayne Washington (Sarah) of Kansas City, MO and John Washington of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, Julian McNeil, Josh McNeil, Autumn Washington, Chloe Washington, Zoe Washington and Colton Washington; and her siblings, Jerry Simpson of Canton, OH, Charles Simpson (Kate) of Roanoke, VA, Larry Simpson of Roanoke, VA and Marie Simpson of Winston-Salem. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
