She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Brown, Sr. and Vivian Bryan Brown; her husband James Harris; and her brother Herbert Brown, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Dr. Regina Parham (Ronald) of Clarksville, TN, Bernice Jacobs of Patterson, NJ, Joyce Ann Brown of Hyattsville, MD, Venia Price (Goldie) of Hyattsville, MD, Walter Brown, Jr. (Cheryl) of Bristol, VA, Doug Brown (Vera) of Glade Valley, Steve Brown, Wilkesboro and Alvin Brown of Sparta; her stepson Billy Harris of Charlotte; her stepgrandson Aiden Harris of Charlotte; her godsons, Zaim Garrett of Greensboro and Va'Shawn Garrett of Greensboro; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Brown of Roaring River, Michael Harris (Linda) of Los Angeles, CA, Bill Harris (Ruth) and Wilkesboro. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
