He is survived by: his wife Judy Johnson Crouse; his children, Donald Ray Crouse (Michelle) of Glade Valley, Stephen Crouse (Leia) of Sparta and Donna Crouse (Robbie Spurlin) of Glade Valley; and his grandchildren, Michael Crouse and Jesse Ray.
