It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gelene Evans Jennings (Sparta, North Carolina), who passed away on February 9, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Evans and Tenisee Crouse Evans; her husband Andrew Melvin Jennings; and her siblings, Ada Johnson, Bonnie Tedder, Curtis Evans, Curn Evans and Odell Evans.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Jennings. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
