He was predeceased by: his parents, George Royall and Grace Viola McKnight Royall; his wife Bobbie Ruth Sturgill Royall; his daughter Sonjia R. Nance; his grandchildren, Autumn B. Lockamy and Sinea B. Padgett; and his son-in-law Rodney Nance.
He is survived by: his children, Mickie Baugus (Dale) of Sparta and Joey Royall (Darla) of Sparta; his granddaughter Anya Brown (Jim) of Sparta; and his great grandchildren, Chase Lockamy, Hunter Padgett and Matt "Gunner" Padgett.
