He is survived by: his father Freddie Coy Tooley; his wife Joan Marie Crouse Tooley; his sons, Damian Miller of Morganton, Paul Everette Cochran, Jr., Colby Michael Tooley and Logan Christopher Tooley; his siblings, Patricia Adkins of Statesville, Melissa Castillo of Sparta, Wayne Tooley of Bluefield, WV and Kevin Tooley of Hickory; his stepfather Rob Philyaw; and his stepsister Nakai Philyaw. He is also survived by two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
