It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Kay Holloway of Sparta, North Carolina, who passed away on April 16, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Junior and Anna Helen Rose Finch; and her husband David Holloway. She is survived by: her children, D. J. Holloway, Larry Hayes (Jessica) of Wilkesboro, James Byrd (Anna) of Hickory, Heath Byrd of Lenoir, Jamie Bare (Richard) of Sparta and Maranda Hayes of Mocksville; and her sister Veline Boskovitch of Ohio. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
