He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Ann Wyatt; his spouse Ercell Wagoner; his stepchildren, Don Richardson of Piney Creek, Raymond Richardson (Abby), Teresa Edwards (James) of Glade Valley and Debbie Johnson of Booneville; and his brother Cecil Wagoner of Laurel Springs. He was also cherished by several step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
