She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ina Holbrook Cleary, Britt Holbrook, Opal Holbrook Stoker, Ila "Ikey" Holbrook Davis, Denver Holbrook, Sallie Joines Hutchison, Clyde Joines Davis and Hattie Joines Edwards.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Edgar Miller; her parents, Miller Springs and Laurel Springs; her children, Tom Miller (Connie) of Laurel Springs, Mike Miller (Suzan) of Hattieville, Ken Miller (Nancy) of Wilkesboro, Brenda Miller (Van Whitaker) of Dobson, Kaye Miller (Bill Womble) of Glendale Springs and John Miller (Phyllis) of Sparta; and her grandchildren, Greg Miller, Kim Miller Willet, Michelle Miller Todd, Cindy Miller Butler, Luke Miller, Emily Miller, Adam Miller, Corinne Miller Smith, Erin Bryson Glover, Kelly Miller, Jan Rose Ayers, Cody Miller and Katlyn Miller.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Laurel Fork Presbyterian Church or Friends of the Blue Ridge Parkway.
