He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ina Grace Royal, John Ray Crouse and Ronnie Crouse; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Crouse and Brenda Crouse.
He is survived by: his wife Melody Poole Crouse; his daughter Kayla Crouse Bare (Jeremy Lee) of Sparta; his grandson Cohen Ellis Bare; his siblings, Donald Crouse (Judy) of Glade Valley, Dennis Crouse (Marlene) of Ennice, Pat Crouse (Martha) of Abingdon, VA, Lynnie Crouse (Debbie) of Sparta, Pauline Williams (Roger) of Glade Valley, Mary Alice Brown (Leroy) of Glade Valley, Sandra Kyall (Richard) of Georgia and Annette Brown (Benny) of Siloam; and his niece Martha Crouse of Mocksville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
