He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul D. Billingsley and Mediea Brooks Billingsley; his former life partner Emma Lee Glassman Billingsley; his wife Ethel Jane Billingsley; his daughter Diane Moorhead; and his siblings, Margaret Billingsley, Pauline Cadaul and Paul Billingsley.
He is survived by : his daughters, Charlene Fitzgerald (Craig) of Sparta and Brenda Kay Hamm (Joe) of Sparta; his son-in-law James Moorhead of Sparta; his stepsons, Jimmy and Neil Olenick; his granddaughters, Jessica Hamm (James Parsons), Jennifer Moorhead (Daniel Donavant) and Katie Moorhead (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Skylar Damron, Ryker Hamm, Leland Moorhead and Jordan Moorhead; and his pets, Poppy, Annie and Reina.
