He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sam Halsey and Jessie Halsey; his significant other Cathy Dowell of Sparta; and his siblings, Anna Williams of Sparta and Terry Halsey (Lisa) of Sparta. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces.
