He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Wanda Musgrove Smith; his children, Chris Smith (Tonda) of Greensboro, John Kenny Smith of Ennice, Daniel Smith (Redeana) of Hickory and Paula Wagoner (Brian) of Sparta; his grandchildren, Garrison Wagoner, Allie Wagoner, Tanner Smith, Taylor Smith, Megan Smith, Davis Smith and John Paul Smith; his stepgrandson Hunter Ballard; his brother Wayne Smith of Chattanooga, TN; and his nieces, Michelle Jones (Gary) and Angie Smith.
