She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Atkinson and Mabel Gatewood Atkinson; her husband Bobby Greene; her son Bobby Greene, Jr; her sister Shirley Ann Shaner; and her close friend Don Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Greene (Charlene) of Ennice, Linda Greene of Galax, VA and Tanya Jones (Jem) of Dallas, NC; her grandchildren, Amanda Stevens (Tim) of Ennice, Rebecca Greene Cox of Ennice, Dakota Greenawalt, Shandani Tuitt of High Point and Aiyana Gray (Marshall) of Baltimore, MD; her great grandchildren, Landan Stevens, Blake Stevens and Trevor Cox; and her brother-in-law Bob Shaner of Clayton, DE. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
