He was predeceased by : his parents, William Sherman and Myrtle Maines Moxley; his wife Dorothy Sue Royal Moxley; his daughter Robin Cheryl Moxley; his siblings, Willard Moxley and Helen Calloway; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. James L. Calloway, Roy Royal, Von Royal, Edith Moxley, Bea Royal and Grace Royal.
He is survived by : his daughters, Willi Sue Black (Rickie) of Sparta and Lisa Moxley (Kenneth Miles); his granddaughter Casey Brown (Jared) of Boonville; and his great grandchildren, Alex Brown and Daniel Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
