He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ashley Douglas; his daughter Amy Green; his fiancé Tony Johnson of Piney Creek; his grandchildren, Kayne Green and Camille Green; his siblings-in-law, Patricia White and Jerry Ashley; and his pet Buddy.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
