He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Greer and Mattie Jordan Greer; and his siblings, Pansey Burgess and Buster Greer. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Greer; his children, Craig Greer (Keli) of Mooresville and Tina Bentley (Joel) of Hickory; and his sisters-in-law, Marcella Greer, Wilkesboro and Charlotte Shumate of Crumpler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
