She was predeceased by : her parents, Foley Stoker and Sadie Fender Stoker; her granddaughter Tina Bullins; and her siblings, Clive Stoker, Page Stoker, Pansy Wingler and Virginia Ezell.
She is survived by : her husband Junior Higgins; her children, Louise Bullins (Wade) of Ennice and David Higgins (Connie) of Ennice; her grandchildren, Matthew Bullins (Amy) of Ennice, Craig Bullins (Crystal) of Pfafftown and Candice Loggins (Jerry) of Ennice; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Bullins, Zayden Bullins, Meadow Bullins and Chloe Loggins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
