We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2018, at the age of 71, Delbert Ligon (Spindale, North Carolina), born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Rudena "Rudi" Gibbs Ligon; his children, Scott Anthony Ligon of Jacksonville, NC and Candace Ligon Burns (Roger) of Hubert, NC; his stepsons, Robert Christopher "Chris" Brown of San Francisco, CA, Bishop Kevin Scott Brown (Caroline) of Wilmington, DE, Vincent Gregory Brown (Debra) of Forest City, NC and James "Rocky" Lawson Fallon, Jr. of Charlotte, NC.; and his grandchildren, Hayden Anthony Ligon and Zoey Marie Burns. He is also survived by ten step-grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.
