She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Jenkins and Mae Bowers Jenkins; and her husband Alvin Tipton. She is survived by : her sons, Canon Tommy H. Tipton (E'Lane) and J. Timothy Tipton (Sarah); her grandchildren, Tommy H. Tipton II, William T. Tipton and Lilly H. Tipton; and her great grandchild Roxanne L. Tipton.
