She was predeceased by : her parent Clifford King; and her siblings, Evie Hughes, Nell Hoilman, Ralph King and Ray King.

She is survived by : her parent Laura Wilson King; her children, Louella Hughes (Jack) of Roaring Creek, Phillip Hughes (Debbie) of Roaring Creek and David Hughes (Kathy) of Cranberry; and her brother Alfred King (Margaret) of Elizabethton, TN.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to; Roaring Creek Missionary Baptist Church, 2044 Roaring Creek Road, Newland, NC 28657.
