She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Daniels and Mabel Ollis Daniels Murr; her daughter Sandra Darlene Briggs (John Henry Daniels); and her sisters, Hildred Daniels and Shirley Woody.

She is survived by : her husband Casey Woody; her children, Carla Catalano (Frank) of Spruce Pine, NC and Ricky Ward of Spruce Pine, NC; her brother Richard Daniels (Susie) of Spruce Pine, NC; her grandchildren, Dewayne, Robin, Erica and Brayden; and her great grandchildren, Kristen, Taylor, Nicholas, Dylan, Bradley, Aiden and Jayce.
