He was predeceased by : his parents, Nunzio Villano and Tina Cecere Villano. He is survived by : his wife Margaret "Maggie" Yaccarino Villano; his children, Raymond Villano, Jr. of New Jersey, Christopher Villano of Pennsylvania, Peter Villano of Pennsylvania and Stephanie Yates of Clyde; and his brother Patrick Villano of New Jersey. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
