He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Helen of Washington and Henry Lloyd Simmons; and his brothers, Ray Simmons, Darry Simmons and Forman Earl Simmons.
He is survived by: his daughter Sheron Bryant (Nikki); his grandson Khamair Bryant; his sister Lydia Turner (David); his sisters-in-law, Georgia Ann Simmons and Linda Simmons; his sibling's children, Kennethra Bell, Christin Turner and Forman Earl Simmons; his great-nephew Geoffery Bell; Maecy Bell.
