She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude W. Williams and Lessie McKenzie Williams; her husband James A. Baxter; her brother Q. A. Williams; her son Dale Baxter; her grandchildren, Dana Baxter, Kevin Baxter and Keith Baxter; her great grandchild Braiden A. Wright; her sister Johnsie W.; and her siblings-in-law, Paul O. Johnson, Louise B. Williams, Carol L. Williams and Gurney Green.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Baxter (Betty) of Whiteville, NC and Randy Baxter (Heidi) of Robbins; her grandchildren, Krysti B. Wright (Brandon) of Alvarado, TX, B. Hinson (Christopher) of Whiteville, Conner D. Baxter of Whiteville and Phillip D. Baxter of Robbins; her great grandchildren, Blaine, Brody, Byer, Kynlie Wright of Alvarado, TX and Caden D. Baxter of Whiteville; and her siblings, Billy Williams (Maybelle), Earl Williams, S. Wayne Williams, Glen Williams (Janice), Clyde Williams, Pearl Shepard (Ronald), Doris Brewer (Wilmer) and Helen W. Green. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
