Betty Qualls Gantt Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Qualls Gantt of Statesville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 22, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bradley Qualls and Jessie Lee Qualls; her husband Joe Forrest Gantt; her brothers, Doyle Qualls and Kenneth Qualls; and her son-in-law Lewis McLeod.
She is survived by: her children, James Gantt (Brenda), Gena McLeod, Stan Gantt and Jan Mayes (Steven); her grandchildren, Jason Gantt, Bradley Gantt, Katie Gantt, Joseph Gantt, Robert Gantt, Taylor Gantt and Georgeanna Cranford; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Owen, Nora, Hazel, Red, Charlotte, Violet, Scarlett, Karmen and Wyatt.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cool Spring Community Church (1902 Mocksville Hwy, Cleveland, NC 27013). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the Oakwood Cemetery (114 N Oakwood Dr, Statesville, NC 28677).
