He is survived by: his wife Patricia Graham Mullis of Statesville; his daughters, Kimberly Kelly Mullis of West Hollywood, Cherrie Dawn Welch (Chris) of Winston-Salem, Susan Renee Townsend (William) of Stormville and Terry Lynn Graham of Statesville; his grandchildren, Adam Heller and Madison Townsend; and his brother Larry Eugene Mullis (Carol) of York.
