He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Perry. He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Perry; his wife Kimberly Perry; his parents-in-law, Jerry and Barbara Goble; his children, Justin Lindley, Gabrielle Lindley (Kevin Clary), Marie-Katherine Perry, Madeleine-Grace Perry, Issabelle Perry and Anneliese Perry; and his brother Bruce Perry (Stacey). He is also survived by four nieces, and one nephew.
