She was predeceased by : her parents, John Howington and Ruth Michael Howington; her husband Walter E. Reynolds; and her son Larry E. Reynolds, Sr.. She is survived by : her grandchildren, Larry "Chip" Reynolds, Jr. (Jackie Privett) and Stacy Baumgartner (Bill); her great grandchildren, Tyler Ingle (Kailyn Craig), Alyssa Ingle, Devin Reynolds, Jacob Privett, Josh Privett and Jolie Privett; her great great grandchildren, Hunter and Easton Ingle; her daughter-in-law Lynn Williams; her niece Beverly Sloan (Tom); her nephew Frankie Reynolds; her cousin Jeanne Burns (Bob); and her caregivers, Taylor, Amber and Leona.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 31st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cavin-Cook Chapel (494 E Plaza Dr, Mooresville, NC 28115). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 31st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, May 31st 2024 from 4:15 PM to 4:45 PM at the Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery (6105 Startown Rd, Maiden, NC 28650).
