She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Eugene Wilkinson and Hazel Elizabeth Lofland Wilkinson; her husband Karl "Kirky" Kirkman, Jr.; her siblings, Joseph "Joe" Wilkinson and Pat W. Morton; and her pet Pappi.
She is survived by: her sons, Rocky Lee Parker (Penny) and Ricky Lane Parker (Ellen); her stepchildren, Mary Ruth Hunt (Michael) and Graham Kirkman (Robin); her siblings, Elizabeth Ann "Libby" Pharr, Martha J. Wilkinson, David Wilkinson, James "Jim" Wilkinson and Edward Albert "Eddie" Wilkinson; her grandchildren, Jamison Parker and Jessica Parker; her great grandchild Isaac Parker; and her stepgrandchildren, Rebecca Hunt, Carolina Hunt, Ryan Hunt, Henry Kirkman and William Kirkman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Troutman Funeral Home (345 N Main St, Troutman, NC 28166). A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (114 N Oakwood Dr, Statesville, NC 28677).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor's favorite animal shelter or adopt-a-pet.
