She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Jessie Padgett Clendenin; her husband Ralph "Perky" Frazier; and her son Chad Frazier. She is survived by: her daughter Joy F. Murphy (Michael); and her grandchildren, Lauren and James Murphy.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Salem United Methodist Church (155 New Salem Rd, Statesville, NC 28625). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
