Phifer of Walnut Grove, NC; his children, Darrell Todd Houston, Maurice Culbertson, Sherry Houston-Grinton and Pamela Houston Summers; and his stepchildren, Donna Walls, Scott Neal, Keith Neal (Lola), Terry Phifer, Cary Phifer (Shontae) and Courtney Phifer. He is also survived by grandchildren, step-grand children, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
