She was predeceased by : her parents, Lary Finley and Betsy Ross Walker Daniels. She is survived by : her daughter Lauren Ross Chapman; and her husband Danny Chapman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, in-laws, and cousins who were more like children to her, as well as brothers and sisters.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the East Taylorsville Baptist Church - Sanctuary (644 1st St NW, Taylorsville, NC 28681). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 at the Salem Lutheran Church (4005 NC-16, Taylorsville, NC 28681).
