Patricia Elaine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her spouse L. C. Frady; her parents, William Glenn and Nellie Hildred Millsaps Blankenship; and her pet Lisa. She is survived by: her children, Ed Blankenship (Jolaine), Mark Faircloth (Angie) and Sandra Gregory (Mike); and her siblings, Glenda Sowers (Larry), Becky Vandiver (Kevin) and Jerry Blankenship (Rita). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Elaine's memory to Hospice and Palliative Care of Iredell County, 2341 Simonton Road, Statesville, NC 28625.
