She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Belle Sherrill Nash and Stephen Watt Nash, Sr.; her husband J. B. Deal; and her brothers, Stephen Watt "Bud" Nash, Jr. and Jeffrey Sherrill Nash.
She is survived by: her nephew Adam Nash (Russian); her children, Melaney Dawne Deal Williams of New Hill, NC and Julian Bradley Deal; her daughter-in-law Holly Schuck Deal of Germantown, TN; her grandchildren, Tara Leigh LaCount Chodorow (Harrison) of Saxapahaw, NC, Charles Edwin Williams III of Apex, NC, Caitlyn Jeanelle Deal McCollough (Dylan) of Atlanta, GA and Jasper Bradford Deal of Atlanta, GA; her great grandchildren, Caleb and Carter Williams of Apex, NC; and her brother Barry O'Neil Nash (Marsha). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
