He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Graten Millsaps and Myrtle Barber Millsaps; his son Tony Millsaps Jr.; and his sister Gail Millsaps. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Millsaps of Salisbury, Sondra Millsaps, Daniel Trenton Millsaps of Statesville, Melissa Tucker (Cazzie) of Statesville, Thomas Scott Musick of Texas, Heather Gilreath (Chad) of Union Grove, Michelle Parson of Greensboro and Marcus Parson of Salisbury; his brother Floyd Millsaps; his close friend Suzanne Joyce; and his caregivers, Sirr Caldwell and Ashley Caldwell. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; a host of friends.
