We bid farewell to Lillian House (Wade, North Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 20, 2025 at the age of 91. Lillian touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin and Martha Frances Goodman Bledsole; her husband Norman Evander House; and her siblings, Retha Ammons, Hazel Ammons, Effie Lou Korery, Janie Tyler, Etta Bledsole, LD and James Bledsole.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Chavis (Kimberly) of Raleigh and Jerry Chavis (Sandra); and her brother Huey Elgin Bledsole of Godwin. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 10 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Oak Ridge Pentecostal Holiness Church (5648 Eason Rd, Wade, NC 28395). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
