She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Andrew Carper and Rebecca Elizabeth Triplett Carper; her sister Cindy Holly Smith; and her nephew Shawn Holly. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Russell Hastings, Jr.; and her siblings, Billie McCall (Lynn) and David Carper (Stacey). She is also survived by eight nieces/nephews; and seven great- nieces/nephews.
