She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gilbert Finney and Lottie Cumbie Finney; her husband Royce Dagenhart; and her siblings, Annie Finney, Willie Jo Finney, George Finney and Don Finney.
She is survived by: her children, William Dagenhart (Beth) of Morganton and Shellie Brown (Joe) of Stony Point; her brothers, Lonnie Finney of Statesville and Roland Finney of Alabama; and her grandchildren, Courtney Brown, Paul Brown, Anndorra Dagenhart and Richlon Dagenhart.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stony Point Methodist Church (312 Ruritan Park Rd, Stony Point, NC 28678).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Stony Point Methodist Church (PO Box 120, Stony Point, NC 28678).
