Janis Abernathy Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2021, at the age of 72, Janis Abernathy of Stony Point, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charlie Edward Brotherton and Christine Allen Brotherton; her husband Billy Ray Abernathy; her son Scotty Abernathy (Donna) of Stony Point; her grandsons, James Abernathy (Brittany) and Jacob Abernathy (Katie Foxx); and her great grandchild Baby Abernathy. She was also cherished by her son and especially her grandchildren.
