He was predeceased by: his father Joe Billy Mayberry. He is survived by: his mother Pearl Moose Mayberry of Stony Point; and his siblings, Eddie Mayberry, Craig Mayberry, Diane Dagenhart, Jerry Mayberry (Bonnie) of Stony Point, Steve Mayberry of Statesville and Judy M Moose of Hiddenite. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to the Stony Point Baptist Church Building Fund 231 Ruritian Park Rd Stony Point NC 28678. .
