He is survived by : his wife Donna Townsend Cook; his children, Gina Cook Thomas (Wayne) of Meadowview, VA and Aaron Cook (Carol B.) of Boone; his grandchildren, Micah Thomas (Amanda) of Abingdon, Isaiah Thomas (Tori) of Meadowview, VA, Seth Thomas (Sierra) of Abingdon, VA, Rebekah Cook of Boone, JohnThomas Cook of Boone and Elizabeth Cook of Boone; his great grandchild Tatum Thomas; and his siblings, Faye Yates of Vilas, Jean Taylor of Mt. Airy, Lula Belle Parrish of Vero Beach, FL and Larry Cook (Arlene) of Boone.
