It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Frances Golden of Swannanoa, North Carolina, born in Blackstone, Virginia, who passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parent Wray Barker; her husband Harvey Allen Golden; her son David Wray Golden; and her siblings, Marilyn Biddle and John Barker.

She is survived by : her sons, Jerry Golden (Bonnie), Neil Golden (Roberta) and John Golden; her daughter-in-law Lynn Golden; and her grandchildren, Karen, Brent, Paul, Chris, Leslie, Seth, Megan, Abby and Nathan. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
