It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Mary Poston of Swansboro, North Carolina, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Paul and Mary Murray McCue; her brother Michael Francis McCue; and her cousin Cecilia. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Rice, Sharon Acosta of Jacksonville, Claudette Hammargren of Swansboro, Peggy Baddour (Mike) of Hubert, Debbie Riggs of Cedar Point, David Poston (Jayne) of Virginia Beach, VA, Paul Poston (Carol) of Morehead City and Claude Poston, Jr. of Okinawa. She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
