It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kandee Sue Van Belois of Swansboro, North Carolina, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Ralph and Ruth Pearl Langworthy Westover; her husband Clarence Howard Palmer; and her sister Jo Ann Wilkes. She is survived by: her daughters, Terrie McCrimmon (Neill) of Pinebluff, NC and Betsy Stikeleather (Ben) of Efland, NC; her grandchildren, Claude and Carter; and her siblings, Cathlynn Estes, Carolynn Maternowski, Theodore Westover, Palmer and Alquist.
