She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francis Sullivan and Betty Ann Shaw Sullivan; her husband Dr. Rick Welton; and her children, Elizabeth Ann Holton, Mary Frances Mullins, Richard Francis Welton of Charlotte and Amy Caroline Rowland. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the The-Sea Episcopal Church (503 W Broad St, Swansboro, NC 28584). The family will receive friends at a reception at the church following the service PLEASE RSVP to rick. welton@gmail. com.
