We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2022, at the age of 72, Paul Victor Ragan Jr. of Swansboro, North Carolina, born in Bristol, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Paul Ragan. He is survived by: his wife Joy Ragan; his children, Jennifer Ann Ragan Gillenwater (Steven) of Peletier, NC, Melanie Kathryn Ragan Anderson (Nick) of Blountville, TN, Rebekah Christian Ragan Weaver (Trever) of Kingsport, TN, Jason Anthony Ragan of Sumter, SC and Mark Edward Ragan (Tiffany) of Sumter, SC; and his siblings, Cathy Lightener of Kingsport, TN, Johnny Eugene Ragan of Bristol, TN and Jeff Ragan (Wendy) of Bluff City, TN. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
