He was predeceased by : his parents, William Hiram Bowen, Sr. and Lily Bea McGuire Bowen; and his sister Shirley London. He is survived by : his wife Betty Whaley Bowen; his sons, Jeffrey B. Bowen (Paula Beth) of Wichita, KS and Michael P. Bowen of Swansboro; and his grandsons, Hunter and Zachary Bowen.
