She was predeceased by: her parents, Carey Cecil Dillard and Margaret Elizabeth Vance Dillard; and her siblings, Bill Dillard, Betty Sutton and Peggy McClure.

She is survived by: her spouse Bengie "Buck" Dean; and her siblings, Arthur Dillard (Diane) and Nell Davis.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
