He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Frizzell and Lina Frizzell; and his siblings, Jessie Taylor, Ada Rogers, Gerrie Burch (Verlin), Fred "Bunt", Joe, Herman and Bobby Frizzell.
He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Martin Frizzell; his daughters, Trina Orr (Matt), Gerrie Cabe (Brian) and Tammy Frizzell; and his grandchildren, Kelli Orr (Colton Danner), Adam Orr, Haley Cabe, Parker and Payton Williamson.
In lieu of flowers or gifts and because of Bill's love of children, donations may be made to his favorite charity, St Jude Children's Research Hospital, in honor of Bill Frizzell.
